Do the products come with light bulbs included?
Most of our fixtures are compatible with standard LED bulbs. Unless specifically stated in the product description, bulbs are sold separately to allow you to choose the color temperature that best fits your space.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What is your return policy for fragile items?
We take great care in packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Do you offer professional installation services?

While we do not provide direct installation, we include detailed instruction manuals with every product. For complex fixtures like chandeliers, we always recommend hiring a certified electrician.

Can I customize the cable length of my pendant light?
Many of our pendant lights feature adjustable cables. If you require a specific custom length beyond the standard specifications, please contact our support team before placing your order.
