Wholesale Account Policy

Eligibility for Wholesale Account

You (“the retailer”) must have a physical shop, with or without an online website, or be an online-only seller with an established following to be eligible for a wholesale account and remain a reseller of Nursevests products.

Selling Nursevests products on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon, as well as purchasing items for personal use, is strictly prohibited.

All wholesale applicants are reviewed and vetted to ensure they are legitimate businesses and an appropriate fit for our wholesale program. Nursevests reserves the right to deny applications that may not be appropriate due to fit or to decline orders for any reason, including after an application has been approved.

Invoice

Nursevests is happy to provide an invoice for wholesale purchases in USD. Please contact us to place your wholesale order.

By making wholesale purchases from Nursevests, retailers agree to comply with these wholesale policies.

Pricing

All pricing shown on our website is in US dollars. Wholesale pricing is available only to qualified retailers who intend to resell the products through their website or physical store.

Promotional or high-volume orders may not qualify for standard wholesale pricing but may be eligible for a separate discount. Please contact us for details.

Additional Discounts

Because wholesale customers already receive discounted pricing, wholesale orders do not qualify for additional discounts unless specifically offered as part of a promotion or agreed upon for high-volume orders.

Any special pricing for high-volume purchases must be mutually agreed upon in advance. Orders where additional discount codes are applied at checkout may be canceled.

Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Shipping

Wholesale orders are shipped from our designated fulfillment facilities in the United States. Any applicable import duties, customs charges, or taxes are the responsibility of the retailer and are not included in shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Free Shipping

Eligible wholesale customers may qualify for free shipping on products purchased through our website, subject to applicable order requirements and shipping conditions.

Fulfillment

Once payment has been received, wholesale orders generally take 1–2 business days to fulfill unless otherwise communicated by Nursevests.

Selling in Bulk to B2B Accounts

Nursevests accepts bulk orders from qualified B2B accounts, retailers, and other authorized wholesalers. Bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum order requirements, and terms.

Return Protocol

If you have placed a wholesale order through Nursevests and need to request a return, please contact us before sending any products back. Our team will provide the applicable return instructions and next steps.

Damaged Items

All products are quality checked before shipment. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

If any item arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise has an issue, please contact Nursevests within 5 days of receiving the order so that we can review the matter and provide the appropriate next steps.
